The studio offers a comprehensive weekly yoga program with classes from Introductory Level through to Experienced in the Iyengar method, seven days a week. Private one-to-one classes are available for individuals with health considerations prior to entering a general class.
Other classes available are Restorative Yoga, Dynamic Flow, Children’s Yoga, Yoga for Teenagers, Yoga for pregnancy and Meditation.
Bookings are required for courses, and registrations are encouraged before starting your classes.

Unfold Yoga welcomes all to explore the benefits that yoga brings to one's physical, mental and spiritual health. Our aim is to bring the practical tools of yoga to be accessible to people of all stages of life, fitness levels, body types, and backgrounds.
Unfold yoga studio is a sanctuary in the Adelaide hills dedicated to those who wish to establish a healing yoga practice or take their existing practice to a new level. And for anyone who wants to go beyond the physical practice of yoga to learn about the methods that can help you heal emotionally and energetically.
We offer 3 to 4 yoga classes daily, 6 days of the week in the heart of Mount Barker. Only 30 minutes from Adelaide CBD. Yoga and Meditation Workshops, and Special Interest classes in allied mind/body practices are scheduled Fridays, weekends, holiday periods and public holidays.
Start any time! We have a range of yoga classes including Beginner Courses, on-going Beginner, and Level 1 and 2 classes in Iyengar Yoga, as well as Hatha Flow, either Dynamic or Slow, Gentle Yoga + 55yrs, Yoga for Teenagers and Private lessons. Drop in to any class (except Beginner Courses). There is no need to book. We have a range of passes to suit your needs, as well as unlimited monthly and annual memberships.
